Simi Bhagwandass
Associate Advisor for Strategic Direction/ Partnership Strategies

Passionate about gender equality, sustainable livelihoods and participatory climate change planning, Simi was once our Program Development Officer. She now applies her experience in program management and public diplomacy towards advising on PRCF’s strategic direction and partnership strategies. Simi holds a Master in Development Practice degree from Sciences Po, specialising in emerging economies and the environment.

Julie Cao
Corporate Governance Associate

A strong advocate of wildlife conservation, Julie previously volunteered with PRCF in Vietnam. Her interests include raising awareness about the importance of species conservation at a local and international level. With a Master of Administration in Non-profit Management, Julie provides corporate and governance advise to PRCF from her native California.

Richard Warneminde
Corporate Management Advisor

Richard worked for over 20 years in computers as a programmer, project manager and line manager in Australia, England, France, and Switzerland; then 20 years as a management consultant specializing in change management and culture development, working with senior management of multinational companies. He became more aware of conservation issues because of the passion of his daughter.

Brenda Mattick
Communications Associate

Brenda first became involved with PRCF through the Australian Volunteers for International Development Program, combining her communications skills with her passion for the environment and sustainable development. She has developed a style guide for PRCF communications and established guidelines for proper English documents. writing Brenda has a background in information design, plain English writing and editing, communication and media production.

Ricardo Insua-Cao
Graphic Design and Illustrations Associate

Associated with PRCF since 2014, Ricardo has over fifteen years of experience as a freelance artist, illustrator, and graphic designer, working in various mediums from oil painting to PhotoShop. He has a degree in illustration, and is currently studying for a Masers of Arts in Art Psychotherapy. Our stunning PRCF logo was designed by Ricardo.
