PRCF works with communities to develop their village institutions, including formal and informal community groups focused on conservation of natural resources and on development of sustainable community livelihoods. We help establish these groups, provide training, facilitate meetings, support funding sustainability, often provide seed-funding, and engage them in planning. We work towards ensuring that these community groups develop the capacity to run on their own, and led by members of their communities. Once these groups have built their capacity to successfully continue on their own, PRCF is available to provide additional support as needed.
