Governing documents and policies
PRCF governing documents and policies are available upon request, as are tax returns to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, and operational policies such as sexual harassment policy, and equal opportunity employment policy. New policies under preparation include conflict of interest policy, whistleblower policy, and document retention policy, which will be available upon request as they are finalized. Further, the GuideStar database publishes a collection of PRCF tax returns and provides other relevant information.
